Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@onerightsolution.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Plans, trials, and billing

• New workspaces get a 7-day free trial at the Growth feature level. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Complete), billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees via Razorpay.
• Pricing is per workspace, not per user. Taxes (GST) are added as required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Billing settings; cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Changes apply only to future billing cycles.

3. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service — leads, clients, projects, invoices, expenses, and related information ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have the legal basis to process personal data of your own contacts (leads, clients, staff) under Indian data protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through integrated channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other workspaces, or underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our prior written consent.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. AI features

The Service includes AI-assisted features (summaries, reply drafts, lead scoring). AI output can be imperfect or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to customers or relying on it for business decisions.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party tools (Razorpay, Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others you enable). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

7. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may affect access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. After cancellation or termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Right Solution and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability in any matter relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold One Right Solution harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
